The most important thing I want you to know about me is that I help women and men break free from anxiety, rebuild self-confidence, and reclaim control over their lives. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and stuck. I used to be there myself.

Years ago, I worked as an administrative assistant, feeling undervalued, overworked, and disillusioned. That experience sparked a deep desire to understand human behavior and create meaningful change. I went back to school, earned a doctorate in behavior, and continued my education in psychology. Along the way, I became a certified NLP Master, Life Coach, and Hypnosis Practitioner.

Through my journey, I discovered that anxiety doesn’t have to define your life. You can find clarity, confidence, and calm—and live the life you truly want at any age. I did it, and I’m here to help you do it too.
